You can visit and use this website without disclosing personal data. The indication of personal data (e.g., name, phone number, e-mail address) anywhere upon this website is voluntary only. We do not disclose personal data to third parties without your explicit consent. We comply with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and keep your data as secure as possible. Please note, though, that data transmission on the Internet (e.g., when communicating via e-mail) may be prone to security flaws. There is no such thing as an absolute security against access and/or abuse by unauthorised persons.
Contact Form / Data Processing / Transmission to Third Parties
When you contact us via our contact form, your personal data and details are stored in order for us to process your request and to answer your questions. We do not disclose this data without your explicit consent. You can withdraw your consent at any point in time with immediate effect upon future data collection, processing, and use. In this case your personal data will be deleted immediately. Your personal data is also deleted without revocation once your request has been processed or you have withdrawn your prior consent for data storage. We collect, process, and use your personal data only for purposes specified in this privacy policy. Your personal data is not disclosed to third parties for purposes not specified in this privacy policy. We forward your personal data to third parties only, if you have given your consent and/or the data processing is indispensable in order to perform our contract and/or to adhere to law and order and/or to protect a legitimate interest and there is no reason to assume that you have a prevailing interest in the data not being transmitted.
Your Right / Data Privacy / Data Deletion / Withdrawal
You have a right to be informed about what kind of personal data has been stored as well as a right to have your personal data rectified, blocked or deleted.
Please contact us via e-mail (connect∂projekt-3t.com), if:
- you require information about the collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data;
- you want us to correct, remove, or delete your personal data;
- you want us to restrict the processing of your data in case we are not supposed to delete your data (yet) in order to meet legal obligations (data retention period);
- you want to revoke the processing of your personal data;
- you want to revoke the transmission of your personal data in case you have previously agreed to its processing or closed a contract with us.
Please note that your personal data may be deleted only after a certain period of time due to legal or contractual obligations and requirements (data retention period). In this case your data is blocked until it will eventually be deleted. Our employees are legally obligated to adhere to data secrecy according to German and European law.
You can withdraw your previously given consent to the use of your data at any point in time. On the other hand, you are not entitled to the use of your data by Projekt 3T GmbH. We reserve our right to remove or delete (part of) your data without giving reasons. Your personal data will also be deleted when you withdraw your consent to the storage of your data, when your personal data is no longer needed for the previous purpose of storage, or when the storage is legally prohibited.
You can lodge a complaint with the responsible regulating authority at any point in time (determined by your place of residence or work or the presumed violation of data privacy). You will find a list of regulating authorities (private sector in Germany only) here:

Data Collection
When you access our website, cookies collect general information automatically. This information (server logfiles) encompasses what kind of web browser and operating system you use, your internet service provider’s domain and similar data. However, you as the user are not identified or exposed at all. The data is rather necessary to provide the requested website content correctly and is collected and processed automatically when using internet services for the following purposes:
- providing a smooth internet connection and use of the website;
- evaluating the system’s security and stability;
- administrative purposes.
Your personal data is collected, processed, and used as we have a legitimate interest in the previously listed purposes of data collection. We do not use your data to obtain information about you as a person. The data recipients are the accountable body and (if applicable) its business partners or contractors. We may evaluate this kind of anonymous information statistically in order to optimise our web presence and its technology.
Cookies
Like many other website operators, we use cookies. These are small text files that are transmitted from a website server to your hard drive providing certain data automatically, e.g. IP address, browser and device type and setting, operating system, and your connection to the internet. Cookies cannot be used to start programs or to install viruses upon a device. They rather facilitate displaying and navigating home and landing pages. The collected data won’t be transmitted to third parties or associated with personal data without your consent. By default, web browsers accept cookies. However, you can deactivate the installation of cookies at any point in time in your browser’s settings. Please refer to the help function of your internet browser to figure out how to do this. You can browse our website without cookies, but some website features may not work (properly) once cookies are deactivated.
Secure Socket Layer (SSL)
In order to protect your data, we use a secure online transmission methodology and state of the art encryption technology (i.e., Secure Socket Layer transmission, SSL) via HTTPS.
Script and Font Libraries
In order to provide correct and attractive web content, we use script and font libraries, e.g. Google Webfonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts/). Google Webfonts are transmitted to your browser’s cache to avoid multiple downloading. When your browser does not support Google Webfonts or prevents access, the website’s content will be displayed in a standard font. The activation of script and font libraries automatically creates a link to the library’s provider. It may be possible (albeit unclear if and for what kind of purposes) that those providers collect data. You will find Google’s data privacy policy here (scroll down to select your language): https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/
Google Analytics
We apply Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google LLC (‘Google’). Google Analytics installs small text files (cookies) upon your device. They facilitate an analysis of how you use this website. The information collected by cookies (including your IP address) is transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the USA. As IP addresses upon these websites are made anonymous, your IP address will be shortened within member states of the European Union or other signatories to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (EEA). On rare occasions, the complete IP address will be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there and then.
On behalf of this website’s owner and operator, Google will utilise this information in order to analyse website usage, to create reports upon website activities, and to provide further website and internet services. Under no circumstances will Google associate your IP address with other Google data. The purpose of data processing is to evaluate the use of this website and to compile reports about activities upon this website. Based upon the use of this website and the internet, further services will be provided. The website’s owner and operator has a legitimate interest in the collection, processing, and use of this data.
You can prevent the installation of cookies by adjusting your browser’s settings accordingly. For instance, you can configure your browser to indicate when Google has set a cookie in your browser. You can also configure your browser to block all cookies from a specific domain or all domains. Please be advised that web services rely on cookies to function properly. Consequently, you may not be able to use all website features. Moreover, you can prevent the collection and transmission of data (including your IP address) to Google as well as the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing a browser plug-in to deactivate Google Analytics (select your language in the drop-down menu):

The Projekt 3T website contains links to other websites. Despite thorough monitoring, we do not take responsibility for web content provided by third parties that can be accessed via our website. Consequently, we distance ourselves explicitly from any kind of web content and design owned, offered, and operated by third parties that may have been changed after having been linked to this website with us being unaware of these changes. Projekt 3T GmbH has no influence upon the editorial content of other websites or upon the operators’ adherence to data privacy and protection rules and regulations.
Changes to Data Privacy Policy
We reserve our right to change or adjust our data privacy policy from time to time to comply with current legal requirements or to reflect changes of our services in our data privacy policy (e.g., when introducing new services). Please note that when you visit and use this website in the future, an update of this policy may apply.
