You can visit and use this website without disclosing personal data. The indication of personal data (e.g., name, phone number, e-mail address) anywhere upon this website is voluntary only. We do not disclose personal data to third parties without your explicit consent. We comply with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and keep your data as secure as possible. When you contact us via our contact form, your personal data and details are stored in order for us to process your request and to answer your questions. We do not disclose this data without your explicit consent. You can withdraw your consent at any point in time with immediate effect upon future data collection, processing, and use. In this case your personal data will be deleted immediately. Your personal data is also deleted without revocation once your request has been processed or you have withdrawn your prior consent for data storage. Please note that your personal data may be deleted only after a certain period of time due to legal or contractual obligations and requirements (data retention period). You can withdraw your previously given consent to the use of your data at any point in time. On the other hand, you are not entitled to the use of your data by Projekt 3T GmbH. We reserve our right to remove or delete (part of) your data without giving reasons. Your personal data will also be deleted when you withdraw your consent to the storage of your data, when your personal data is no longer needed for the previous purpose of storage, or when the storage is legally prohibited.

Data Collection

When you access our website, cookies collect general information automatically. This information (server logfiles) encompasses what kind of web browser and operating system you use, your internet service provider’s domain and similar data. However, you as the user are not identified or exposed at all. The data is rather necessary to provide the requested website content correctly and is collected and processed automatically when using internet services for the following purposes:

  • providing a smooth internet connection and use of the website;
  • evaluating the system’s security and stability;
  • administrative purposes.

Your personal data is collected, processed, and used as we have a legitimate interest in the previously listed purposes of data collection. We do not use your data to obtain information about you as a person. The data recipients are the accountable body and (if applicable) its business partners or contractors. Script and Font Libraries

In order to provide correct and attractive web content, we use script and font libraries, e.g. Google Webfonts ( Google Webfonts are transmitted to your browser’s cache to avoid multiple downloading. When your browser does not support Google Webfonts or prevents access, the website’s content will be displayed in a standard font. The activation of script and font libraries automatically creates a link to the library’s provider.
