My Mission

For many years Andrea Filz has dedicated herself to state-of-the-art human resources, talent and transformation management. As an executive search professional, she’s been recruiting experts, leaders, and consultants for different organisations. She is fascinated by the Projekt 3T idea to develop new concepts for the design of the future world of work and workforce.

Her motivation is to identify the people behind the ideas and to offer them a platform for experiments and cooperation – no matter which organisations they work for. With her experience in international executive search and scouting, Andrea Filz has adopted a key role in the Projekt 3T initiative.
